*Terms & Conditions - The standard delivery flat rate is only applicable when shopping on www.mujiaustralia.com. Free delivery is only applicable for online orders over $100, excluding beads sofa, large furniture and selected large storage items. You do not require a discount code, the offer automatically applies at checkout if the total order amount is applicable. Flat rate shipping and free delivery is subject to change without notice.

**Big and bulky items (e.g. furniture, bead sofa) will incur additional delivery charges beyond standard rates listed. Shipping rate for those items will be calculated during checkout.

Subject to specified exclusion, a standard flat rate fee per delivery and re-delivery will apply. The delivery fee is non-refundable unless the goods fail to comply with the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.

We will be using our appointed couriers for all of our shipping needs and will only deliver to addresses within Australia. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Delivery lead-time will vary depending on your location.

Please note that all parcels will require a signature upon delivery. Please note that our carrier companies Delivery Policies or zone restrictions may apply to selected areas. Where street delivery is not always possible, you will receive notification or a calling card will be left.

We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe however please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.  

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. While we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time frames indicated, we cannot guarantee delivery times particularly during busy promotional and sale periods where some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. Dispatch of orders may also be delayed where payment or address information requires verification or correction prior to dispatch.

Pre-Order Fulfilment & Delivery

From time to time, we offer pre-orders for selected products that are not available and/or are currently out of stock on our online store but are expecting an inventory re-stock soon.

Pre-orders or back-orders require upfront payment from customers and are fulfilled once stock is available for dispatch. Full payment is required to secure the pre-order.

Each pre-order item will have an Estimated Dispatch Date which is subject to change pending arrival of stock.

You will be notified of any delays to the estimated dispatch time via email.

We will endeavour to dispatch all pre-order items within 3 business days of receiving stock.

Please note, if you purchase any additional items with your pre-order, they will ship together. Your entire order will be shipped once your pre-order has been received. We are constantly trying to reduce our carbon footprint (as well as yours), which is why we cannot split any additional items into separate parcels, in an effort to limit shipping emissions.
