MUJI Interior Advisor Service
MUJI aims to be a responsive platform for advice on various aspects of living. From large to small spaces, our Interior Advisors (IA) support customers with their needs.
MUJI Interior Advisor consultation will commence with a discussion on customers’ needs and areas of concerns. Customers can provide the Interior Advisor with a floor plan and images references of areas they wish to makeover, from bedroom, dining or living room, to shelving and storage problems. Based on the customer’s requirements, the Interior Advisor will offer professional advice on recommended product options, colour palette, and proposed interior layout using a simple 3D simulation.

In-Person Discussion
Our Interior Advisor will discuss problems that you currently face and offer solutions for areasthat require a makeover/organisation such as wardrobes, kitchens and living spaces.

Our Interior Advisor can also provide a 3D visual representation of how our products can work for you and your space.

Terms & Conditions
Interior Advisor Service is available by appointment only. The customer can obtain an appointment form from MUJI The Galeries (mujigaleriescustomer@muji-online.com.au) and MUJI Chadstone store (Chadstone.ia@muji-online.com.au) via email
.Interior Advisor will contact the customer within one week upon receiving appointment application.
Once booked, a change in appointment time will need to be communicated to the store via phone or email before the scheduled date. If no notice is given, the appointment will be cancelled; a reschedule of the appointment can only be arranged by customer request.
The Interior Advisor will offer advice on MUJI furniture according to the floor plan, photos or related information provided by customers. Please provide all above mentioned information/details alongside the appointment form during first consultation. MUJI Retail Australia shall not be liable for any loss in relation to inaccurate information obtained.
