Mottainai market items are available on-site at MUJI Chadstone only. Please note that we have limited stock available, and we do not reserve or hold Mottainai Market items. Please select the product carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges and no warranty services over sales of Mottainai Market items.
We do not provide any delivery services for Mottainai Market sales items.
For any purchase of large or bulky furniture, customers must organise a self-pickup at the Chadstone store. We highly recommend that all the customers prepare for professional delivery services or appropriate personal transport and bring an extra person to assist with moving and loading the items. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply any strapping, rope, or protective coverings and loading assistance.
The purchase of large or bulky furniture will be held for 7 days from the date on the receipt only. All purchases that are not picked up within 7 days of purchase will be refunded and the item(s) will be resold at the store. Please organise the pickup details, including the date and time, with our staff members at the register once you complete the transaction.
MUJI Australia reserves the right to revise the event, and the details are based on the online and on-site announcement at the store.
